Q. If I move from ISDN to SIP do I loose my number?

A. No we are able to transfer your number(s) to SIP should you need to take them.

Q. What do I do if I am already in contract with another telecom provider?

You may choose to wait until the end of your current contract prior to renegotiating or pay the early termination fee (ETF) to leave your existing contract. Venture Telecom will be happy to assist in negotiating this for you.

Q. How can I be sure that I will get the best tariff?

A. At the time your tariff is presented to you we will highlight the best offers from various networks to ensure your call profile is being maximised in terms of value, however new tariff are updated regularly so what was the best tariff for you might not be in a year’s time. This is why Venture will conduct a mid-term tariff review to ensure you’re still on the best network, if not we can move you!
